The Peugeot Open Europe scheme is based on a tax-free sale with guaranteed buy back. Forming part of the Order Form you will be asked to sign before departing, will be a Promissory Note in favour of Sodexa which is equal to the total purchase price of the vehicle less the amount you will have paid for the use of the vehicle. Upon the leased vehicle being returned by you, Sodexa will cancel and destroy the Promissory Note and you will then have paid only an amount corresponding to the time that you have used the vehicle and the services provided under the Peugeot Open Europe scheme. If you fail to return the vehicle to the pre-arranged location, or choose to purchase the vehicle, this Promissory Note will be presented for payment of the full value stated therein.
